@thenumber64 Nah bro that's not what he was saying at all. We are free from the condemnation of the law because Jesus jas given us his perfect righteousness. So we're free from God's "heavy standard". Not that we cease to obey the law, but now are righteousness is acceptable for God because it's Jesus doing the works through us.

Secondly by calling it Heavy Standard, I think you are making it look like as if God is wrong for having heavy standard. That's now true. We were created by God in the image of God. Read Genesis. It says that God breathed into man. That's is God's Holy Spirit. After the fall, man continued to be deceived thinking that we are not that bad. We were created to carry God's Holy Spirit in us. to be continued...
@tfkime If a bird was created to fly & it walked everywhere, then would you say the bird is free from God's heavy standard of flying? No, that would be the bird leaving a life less than it's true creation or potential. The bird has in its DNA ... wings. You & I have in our DNA, a temple to carry God's Holy Spirit. God gave us the law to show us how far we are away from Him so we can come to Him. We are not good enough but CHRIST is. Once you accept Christ, you're Restored to Receive His Spirit.
That is why all the words start with the prefix RE. Re like rewind. Reconcile, Restore, Redeem, Renew, Receive, Repent, God does not have a heavy standard. God has A standard. The devil has a much lower standard so by default we think that God has a heavy standard. It is all about perspective.
If God created you, then God has put within you what you need to live a conqueror's life. That's why Christ is called the way. Christ is the way to reconnect you to God's original plan. Accept Christ.
