Dont wanna take it away but for the people asking what size I usually do 1cm by 25ish but you can go bigger or smaller but that is the easiest

And to pop it out i had the same problem but with your nails at the middle of the 2 points push in it should pop out a bit :P Hope this helps guys

@tamagokkoh no tadashimori used a big one too, and no offence, hes much better than origamifingers... not that I have anything against him, but tadashimori is more experienced, and his camera is better, thus his voice, instructions so on are much better
