  • Hello! I had my hernia done 2 days ago and I urge all of you to undergo the surgery if you have it, It CAN be fatal if strangled! Mine got strangled, and it was just a matter of time before it could lead to gangrena. Luckily, it was in its very early stages of it, just beginning to ache and there was some blood flow through the area and the surgery´d been set for the following day. It´s NOT aching and as you may realize, I´m here sitting in front of the computer alright .DONT PLAY w DEATH!

  • Shit, this video has given me the 'Willies'!!!, I have agreed to have mine done in September ie Umbilical Hernia and now I'm not so sure watching this. Didn't realize that half my stomach would be hanging out as well.

The Surgeon actually told me that you could if want to not have it done, my belly button has what I can only describe as small balloon when stood up, but when lying down it's gone. Anyway, I thought what the hell just get it done thinking it won' be that BAD!!!, Help. (LOL).

  • how long does that surgery take

  • @bgelb52 the surgery takes less than 2 hours and i'm sat with the patient right now who said his pain is bearable and ranked just 1.

    Good luck.

  • that music need to go. Focus.

  • love the music... haha!

  • I have a epigastric and umbilical hernia. Anyone have this done? I am bloated and lots of pain. Will it go away after surgery? At least the bloating and not wanting to eat.

  • My dad had a hernia operation back in 1993 (not this type though -- I think it was on his chest). The surgeons nicked an artery, and I guess he almost bled to death. I didn't want to scare anyone, sorry if I did :(

  • wtf is that being pushed back in?????? that is not what it looks like.

  • actually its not the small instestine, its the omentum, or the peritineum, and they werent cutting it out, they were moving it so they repair the hernia, and music does not distract the surgeons

  • No it really is fake. Surgeons know if you cut someones intestines out you would bleed alot but it doesn't supply blood to the body. You don't listen to music in an or because it distracts you from the surgery. Also she's poking the "intestine". A doctor would do whatever possible to prevent the transfer of pathogens and bacteria. They use forceps, scissors, gator clamps, etc. They had them at their disposal but aren't using them. It's fake. Nothing in your body looks like overcooked spaghetti.

  • y'all, this is real. The repair has already been done. The surgeon is putting the small intestine back in. OR's always have music playing, btw. It is NOT the same as what you see in a movie or on TV...I know, been there/ done that.

  • is this a stimulation

  • thats how they make curry

  • why is that taken out?

  • a great music to play while operating!!.

  • that's a lot of omentum!
