They gave their lives defending the truth of Christ as revealed by God through his Holy Scriptures. The truth that transformed their lives, secured eternity, and restored relationship and brought healing to them. This can never be accomplished on your terms or on my terms. It can only be accomplished on His terms! This why a correct understanding of him is so important. The evil one loves to cloud his truth with confusion and mis (or dis) information.

im am not picking a fight on mis(dis) information for that is subjective... staying on point though.... it is just plain ignorant to suggest that thousands died for orthodoxy... they died for their faith in Christ....it is very fair to say that those of old would have a very different view of orthodoxy than you.... but anyways the point is that you yourself use mis information and simple generalizations to push your though your view.

I'm a little confused. I'm not sure if by "misinformation and simple generalizations" you are referring to my characterization of early Christian Martyrs or the Emergent movement. Perhaps if you are willing, we could continue this conversation by way of YouTube messaging. This way there are no word or letter limits. I'm willing have conversation!

no i am referring to the Martyrs .... i will forgo the private conversation.... i am well read and i can tell you are as well...to be truthful i just want to live what i believe and let others do what they gotta do, in reflection i should have just kept silent and withheld my comment but here we are...all the best!!!!
