  • @DavidJF123 Danger Mouse is one guy, but he's so talented he could be a band all by himself.

  • Pure and fantascticnewrock!

  • Juastttttttttttt soooooooooooooooo niceeeeeeeeeeeee!

  • that voice , cee-lo <3

  • everything is perfect in this performance. i mean every fucking thing is exceptional. not a note out of place. emotion through the roof. danceable to the max. and lyrics that actually mean something.

  • His name is Cee-Lo Green. Gnarles Barkley is the name of the group with him and Danger Mouse.

  • I do believe that's the most fun I've seen EVERYONE in a studio having. Ever. This video never fails to lift my spirits.

Gnarls Barkley rocks my fucking face off.

  • real music. unic voice

  • AMAZING !!! Never get tired watching this!! Love the live performance ^_^

  • just makes fun to watch this vid

  • love it :)

  • This song always makes me happy, They always make good music

  • cuz of image maybe black unrated. only radio music, no commerical mtv

    one of best artists

  • buena musica! GNARLS BARKLEY!!!!

  • i love this band is fucking awesome

  • Cee-lo has an amazing voice!

  • This is how every live performance should be.

  • grease...

  • This was so flawless.

  • If God had a voice, he would sound just like Gnarls Barkley.

  • @karkariafarhad You mean Cee Lo Green?

  • Way, way better than all the Justin Bieber crap all the stupid girls in the world like. Some people just forget legends like these and prefer the shittiest music being called music these days.

  • is it weird, i see god in his music?

  • @caira94 Not at all... It's the truth in it.

  • @cairo94

Let's just call it a second opinion: god? srsly gtfo

  • @caira94: me too, so i guess it's not that weird ;) *put my smiley face on*

  • Singing Morpheus :D

  • This band spits the tastiest tunes

  • great song! great band! i cant stop listening it

  • @Mazerantari same here

  • Sounds even better than the album.

  • Everything Danger Mouse does is pure brilliance

  • When you hear the album version of this song you think, "Wow, there's no way that this song would sound good live, it sounds so unique". Thanks for proving me wrong Gnarls Barkley. :)

  • Gnarls Barkley Murdered That Shit lol. Great Song

  • i love cee lo's long note he does at 2:26 and how powerful his voice is

  • i loe his voice...it's so moving

  • i love this song

  • It does make change from talentless foul-mouthed drivel a la Kanye West etc. These lads ROCK....

  • I prefer brunettes, but this song rocks too, and Gnarls Barkley. Peace and rawk.

  • i prefer this to the studio version. :P

  • I prefer this version too!!!

  • Yeh, me to.

  • Me too. I hope they'll do an album like this! They make great music. And live its even better!

  • somehow. it just feels so much better. there's more flare in this than the studio version :P

  • The background singer is Zalon!:D

  • Get 'em Lo! Been a fan since early goodie mob!

  • OMG!

  • love this

  • very very cool.

  • for me it`s a masterpiece of music .

  • =)I like the beat of this song

  • Pretty badass.

  • I met Cee lo at Target yesterday! He's a cool ass dude.

  • LIES!!!

lol, must have been cool to meet him....at target lol....

  • @SolowBoy I'm not lying yooo.. I was suprised too until I realized we live in the same city.

  • could have probably got some digits from him and made a record deal? if your looking into music as a career....

could have got his number for me at least lol.....

  • Hah yeah I am a rapper, but I just didn't want to be all groupiesh while he was shopping with his son. hah

  • i love them :)

  • I'm 62 years old and grew up in the '50's during the birth of soul and rock & roll. Gnarls is pretty good and damn sure not the first, nor "Simply The Best" as TINA sings it.

  • hey Bamtruk. any one with a simple record collection would know that.. but in these times where looks overrule the voice and clarity in a song. Gnarls comes across as a stand out artist... witch he is imho.. theres miles between him and other contemp. artists.

  • @crazycutz you do understand the name Gnarls Barkley is the collaboration of Cee Lo, the singer, and Danger Mouse, the producer/arranger? It's not a person

  • Sorry meathookcok - i meant "stand out artists" - and i was mostly talking about Cee-Lo's voice and not so much about the sound production. :) - witch are good as well but very unstable as a whole.. imho :)

  • easy to clear this up u just can look up black artist here on you tube

  • yea but he was the first black man to be born, i dont know if he was the first black artist.

  • EXACTLY TIMMY!

  • The real aby road?or the replica in emeryvile in C.A. ?

  • The real one.

  • that's blasphemy

  • nice

  • Cee-Lo makes some crazy but great music... You would have to enjoy all the sounds and vocals. Its something serious!

  • I first heard about these guys with the song Crazy, absolutely loved it. Then I saw them front running the American Outfitters Concert a couple years back in Pittsburgh... I enjoyed them A LOT.

Got St. Elsewhere Deluxe and fell in love as soon as I popped it in. After constant listening I was really shocked that I missed so much of his word plays.

I want these guys to succeed!

  • Very underrated artist this guy. So much of today's music is all about image and being a pimp/barbie and how many ringtones you can flog off to kids. MTV has a lot to answer for.

  • he really is, hes so amazing!

  • @HungryJack87 umm I'm sure it was MTV that introduced Gnarles Barkley to the populace. As well as Danger Mouse's other collaboration. Not defending MTV or anything, but shit's flawed son.

  • @Hypocrisies Nah bruh, MTV hasn't showed videos in a long time, and they used to NEVER show Goodie Mob....

  • artists*

  • -_- That's... that's just not a very well constructed blanket statement. I'm not even going to bother naming names. Just think carefully before you speak. There ARE other great black artists that are not hip hop artists.

  • then i want to hear them!

i don't mean it in a racist kind of way but i just don't know anymore!..

  • Try Janelle Monae or Santigold for example. Those are two black artists who make good music, in my opinion, who aren't hip hop artists. Women, at that.

The list would be longer if we were talking old school artists like Rick James, Curtis Mayfield, Prince and so on... but I digress.

  • old school artists you just named i know R. James, and Prince and Curtis Mayfield only by name.

Rick James is pretty good i think :)

but i don't really like prince.

  • The point was that you shouldn't just throw statements out there like that. Stay informed and all that.

  • @Extraneus3771

did you know that the first rock artists in bands, were black?? im not joking...just google it...

  • @koala8 Yeah I know, Chuck Berry, Little Richard I know all about it, but now there are allmost none of them left.

  • baron davis and howard jones...

  • first black artists? wtf? what about Jimi Hendrix? Bob Marley? George Clinton? Marvin Gay, Miles Davis, etc etc. that statement is slightly sickening

  • agreed, thank you

  • he is the first black man ever isnt he?

  • uh, Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, John Coltrane, Wilson Pickett, Thelonius Monk, Gatemouth Brown, Buddy Guy, and let us not forget Prince.

  • Ray Charles, Little Richard , James Brown, Stevie Wonder, and etc lol

  • @scottyglaucoma Michael Jackson also.

  • @nfguler michael jackson isnt black.

  • @scottyglaucoma (R.I.P (MJ))

  • @scottyglaucoma - yeah, but you can start counting great black artists way before even them. even before ella!

  • cee- lo started off as an hip hop artist ...look up goodie mob...case closed

  • @Extraneus3771 your fuckin retarded

  • @Extraneus3771 Wow, that's such bullcrap xD

  • @Extraneus3771 go to school and get a goddamn education! African-American artists basically created the music we listen to today, blues, jazz, rock, those 3 genres were the leading force that eventually split in sub genre's. ergo, Afro-Americans basically gave us music.

  • @Extraneus3771 Are you insane? Or just ignorant. Blacks INVENTED modern music. Literally every single song heard on the radio today is influenced by something a black man did eighty years ago. Go lick your own asshole.

  • @cobybcdude Dude i totally fucking agree, me being a white guy myself I don't know many of us that any kind of good rythmn :P

  • Comment removed

  • Fantastico! When worries and fears become your friends, they end up smiling at you!

Eine ganz tolle Stimme, ich höre noch heute gern Gnarls Barkleys Album!

  • this shit really made me smile!:)

  • Does he (Ceelo) know just how great a voice he has, and what an interesting and different vocal quality he has? I'll bet he has some idea. How about music fans; do they know? I don't think enough of them have heard of gnarls barkley. Play this or Crazy for them, and you'll have a convert; amazing to find something different that's also really good!

  • I like the album artwork for this song, it shows a bong with crazy rainbow smoke coming out of it lol.

  • Part time lover. Stevie wonder. Same format

  • Yep....

  • nice

  • Awesomeness!

  • Dang this song sounds even better in this version, and its just cool to watch everybody rockin out. Really adds even more uplifting spirit to the song to watch the musicians in sync jammin great song wish there were more artist like him.

  • I love Cee-lo, his songs can rhyme like a rapper; but his lyrics are better. But, he can sing! So he is like, a singing rapper compared to the rappers like T-Pain, Lil Wayne and stuff who called themselves 'rappers'. For this, I love Cee-lo, and have mad respect for him.
