I've found the solution thanks to this video!!!..

this is what I did...

1. Download latest version of Microsoft. net framework

2. Uninstalled all versions of M.Net Framework

3. Installed the downloaded M.Net Framework

4. Jumped in joy when saw the launcher patching...XD

@Superbarrymore maybe, if it is cos of video card :) but game is still beta so its no wonder it is a bit bugged, VISTA ATI radeon 3400 HD 4ghz & 4GB RAM, game itself works fine, there is some txt more in the massage box i cant remember, but i remember the end, that nr (0x02de8000) & then this TXT aftre the nr, the memory could not be read

sems no1 has same issue as my, i can play 30min or 1h then i get luvinia.exe application error (0x02de8000) other people get that with launcher.exe & cant start the game but i can play a wile, i try'd to ignore it for 5 min & it works, i just moved the error massage box away but i don't know can i ignore it for ewer

hmm i do not know necrobutcher i made this for a game that i was playing but some people us it and it fix some of thier problem that have Failed to Iniatilize etc gave it a try but i am not sure if it will work with oblivion
