mine is whack, it won't charge so once you remove it from the computer it goes off now matter how long you leave it to charge it just turns off

It wont play unless connected to computer or charger, it just freezes and makes a high pitched continues noise, cant even turn it off unless i plug it in. can even turn it on unless i plug it in.. how do i fix it? please help

I'd just like to have a decent sized manual that I dont need a magnifying glass to read, and that has a complete description of how to do everything with this, the tiny manual that comes with it is pretty basic, and impossible to read.
