Like the title says, this is from the Musacha Tapes, which were distributed around the NYC area in the 90s. It's credited to a guy who called himself John Musacha. Rumor was that he was an original member of the Jerky Boys, then split off from them and released his own shit.

I am a Jerky Boys fan, but IMO this shit is just as funny.
