They will eventually remove it. Viacom (the parent company of Comedy Central) really doesn't like people broadcasting their property without their consent. There are some networks that really don't do much about it, but Viacom networks aren't letting it happen. However, they do usually make their stuff avaiable to watch for free on the net if you go their official sites.
