thanks robert - yes, self-forgiveness is not to be 'half-assed' but must be directed in each moment of breath. if not directed, then it will keep returning & time-looping until finally faced...applying self-forgiveness is inevitable, better to push through it as it arises, instead of thinking we can 'put it off' which just makes our process more difficult than it needs to be.
doing a mind constructs on a particular point is definitely great assistance in specificity when applying SF
