@TheBioshock2luver Press enter and it should have your folder name there, then click apply. It should sync and you should have a new photo album on your iPod Touch. Hope this helped. :)

@sparkyak213 im not sure if you have tried to do a hard back up using itunes (imguessing you have) but theres also a way to back up using 'sharepod' to back up images if thats what your after.. Google it to make sure thats what your after, figure id mention it in case it helps you

I have a " touch', and I find it's just as easy to download all the pics/folders on to a flash drive, then just sync from that, although the " old" pics are deleted, the whole new set of pics are put on it, Sometimes a hassle, but its easy to do!

@BrandoMaximo That means it's trying to sync your apps at the same time (which is why I hate, hate, hate iTunes most of the time). Since you DON'T want to delete your apps, go to the apps tab and make sure all the apps you want have a check mark by them. Hopefully it won't delete anything that way.
