  • There was a Richard Brautigan poetry collection called All Watched Over By Machines Of Loving Grace, published in 1967. The band Machines Of Loving Grace did not invent that phrase; any other artists are free to use it however they want. At least this band Empty Art put their own spin on the phrase instead of ripping it off verbatim as the band MOLG did.

  • Remember the age old quote: "it's not the critic who counts, nor the man who points out where the strong man stumbled or where the doer of deeds would have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is in the arena. Who's face is marred with dust and sweat and blood. At best he knows the triumph of high achevement but if he fails at least he does so while attempting greatness. So that is his place, he shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory or defeat
