I'm not positive but I think Tom was asking the crowd "Do you have your pullovers?"... pullovers might be sweatshirts, hoodies, jumpers, etc. Since it was really cold there. And they were laughing at him cuz he called them 'pullovers'. Sorry if I'm not help, I would write it in Spanish if I could speak it well :/
