  • @lillyrose111 start with our tutorials on the splits - we have 3 vids to help you learn, but you need to stretch every day to build flexibility

  • @NeonSparks99 no! don't force it - you will just pull something.  The way you get splits is by building your flexibility - do 20-30 mins of stretching every day

  • It's always fascinating watching these tutorials, but it's a little disturbing that the one girl is wearing a cast! She could've done that doing anything, but it makes you wonder nonetheless!

  • @cj222100 she broke it skateboarding @ camp (funny enough - we never got hurt with gymnastics - but we are thinking about being careful when we do them)

  • @fitforafeast Wow, you guys skateboard too? That's cool. Since u already do the dancing & gymnastics, it probably comes more natural to u. And besides, a person can break their leg or hurt themselves stepping off a curb or doing any everyday thing, so I would just say go for it & have fun! :)

  • This is a dynamic transition, it seems like you'd have to have a balanced split to by able to roll over the leg like that.

  • @EbonyTomkinson actually it has nothing to with that. If you stretch your muscles and go further and further everyday your muscles will get adapted to doing centre splits.
