@NeonSparks99 no! don't force it - you will just pull something. The way you get splits is by building your flexibility - do 20-30 mins of stretching every day

@LeanneRR14 If you practice more you will get your left split better I'm sure I'm one of those people who can do both sides but not the middle one -.- But I keep trying :)

@EbonyTomkinson actually it has nothing to with that. If you stretch your muscles and go further and further everyday your muscles will get adapted to doing centre splits.
you should do a video on how to do the splits because some people dont know how to do the splits

This is a dynamic transition, it seems like you'd have to have a balanced split to by able to roll over the leg like that.
