If I drink it I just try to have it as little as possible. Like at home I do not drink it but if I go out to eat then I will allow myself to have some. When I start up Operation Confidence full force this coming Monday...that may change.

pale skin is brighter and more beautiful!!Don't put these smelly self tan who make people look funny!! I live in Greece (plenty of sun)i have pale skin,and i avoid selftan and sun!People with those,(suntanned,or by self tan, look like gypsies!!no chic at all

I hate tan/bronzers. I just can't stand the smell of it. And where I live there's a lot of like dodgy people, and they all wear like 6 inches of false tan all year round and I just find it disgusting. And in Ireland there has been like no sun since like 1908 -_- So my family bought a tanning bed and we have a whole room for it :L

I ruined my skin forever from the sunbeds... I have pigmentation problem which means if i lie in the sun or on the sunbeds my skin tans but i have massive white patches everywhere. also when I use fake tan those parts of my skin go much darker than the rest. I cant win. I end up having to use foundation all over my body :-( after fake tan to hide the problem patches. so yes definitly in moderation, u have lovely skin, i totally over did it when i was younger n will fay for the rest of my life xx

@haideeandkatie Wow. That doesn't sound fun at all. I'm sorry. We sound alot alike, I hope I never go that far though. My friend uses the tanning beds and loves it but she goes nearly everyday, it's scary but she doesn't ever want any advice about it. :(
