Great, super great tips! I was just wondering how to get firmer upper arms, as they are like dough now. I will do this! : ) I have also forgot how fun it used to be doing hand stands. I did 20 years ago, then I forgot.

Great exercises. Most were new to me. I used to do a lot more handstand work (usually 1 minute) including handstand pushups. Haven't done any in several weeks. Right now I'm focused on EA Sports active 2 workout following along with the PS3. It's no game! It's like having a personal trainer. It works mostly cardio (running in place, rope skipping, squatting then jumping, and some resistance band work). I like using Lifeline resistance bands for more of a challenge on rows etc.
