  • I can't do even one. I tried, but I couldn't get my legs up over my head. I guess if I had a partner to grab my legs I could do it. I'm afraid of falling on my head.

  • Great, super great tips! I was just wondering how to get firmer upper arms, as they are like dough now. I will do this! : ) I have also forgot how fun it used to be doing hand stands. I did 20 years ago, then I forgot.

    Whenever I start to doubt the real effects of a raw food diet I see you or another fella who goes by Dan. Your complexion is incredible. Its almost like you guys glow. I've gotta get on this.

  • Great exercises. Most were new to me. I used to do a lot more handstand work (usually 1 minute) including handstand pushups. Haven't done any in several weeks. Right now I'm focused on EA Sports active 2 workout following along with the PS3. It's no game! It's like having a personal trainer. It works mostly cardio (running in place, rope skipping, squatting then jumping, and some resistance band work). I like using Lifeline resistance bands for more of a challenge on rows etc.

  • Cool stuff. There's a hill near my home about three quarter mile long. I can walk it up on my hands. Been doing it for years. Keep up the good work.

  • I've been doing handstands in my yoga practice for many years. I started doing them at the wall and eventually got to where I can do it in the middle of the room without a spot. The longest I've held a handstand is maybe a minute.
