You seem to have removed the head of the dragonfly and made the tail broader at the end....any chance you can show a closeup pic of it. Mine fly great and one of them I can get way past 50 ft and get it to glide for a while.
yea well i have no spare wings or propeller cos i crash it that much lol but ive got the hang of it but when mine is charging the lights on its eyes dont blink are they supose to o well :( i want tail mods they sound good!!!!
You need to post a close-up of the modification. It's an obvious mod and you have no reason to want to protect it. This toy needs vertical stabilization (direct elevator control would be nice), and I can think of a lot of ways to do it. Most people do not have the background in aeronautics to understand what needs to be done. Otherwise I wouldn't bother posting videos of how great it is. FYI everyone, the wings of this thing are made of Mylar sheeting and carbon fiber rods.
I have a similar problem with mine. As soon as it gets 10 feet away, the wings begin to stutter and it crashes. I think there's a signal problem. I'm looking at a return at any rate. I can't gain any altitude with it and when it crashes the wings keep beating for a while.
Yes you have a transmitter problem. If you have new batteries and you charged it fully, then take it back. Mine goes out to way more than 50 feet before losing the signal, then it simply dies.
hi this is great! can you buy this tail mod, or is there any chance of some instructions? Also any flying tips would be much appreciated, i dont seem to be able to achieve any altitude, as soon as i try and climb it just dives out of control.

charzy, i think the reason that it is so "out of control" is because you have it on expert mode. beginner mode is much...easier to control
