@EverRiff - I feel one of the reasons why Raunchy isn't a really big band is because they have not either had the opportunity or chose not to do heavy and extensive touring. It really sucks, because I want to see Raunchy live here in America and also I feel Raunchy is one of the best bands around right now. I love these guys!

Dalvidos this is not metalcore. Metalcore is "August Burns Red" and Trivium's "Ember to Inferno". Raunchy is there own genre. Its the name of this album, "Death Pop Romance". Which pretty much means "Emotional Poppy Death Metal" and that is what Melodic Death Metal is, its emotional sounding music. Raunchy kicks ass and will continue to kick ass.

it's not really metalcore what they play

they call it hybrid metal which basically means that they include a high variety of metal genres (including metalcore but also melodic death metal, trash, industrial and some more)

unfortunately. it IS metalcore. metalcore is simply music with distorted guitars and a variation between clean and 'rough' vocals. Metalcore bands do not always have to sing, they can sometimes just vary it by using 'clean' sounding guitars or other instruments (such as the keyboard) :)
