Dave looks fairly useless here... So, you are going about what, 10 mph? Who's Van? and why are you in the slow lane... the other lane was going a bit faster from what I could tell.
It was gridlock traffic. They were compressing four lanes down into one. It didn't matter if other lanes were moving faster, in the end everyone lost. There was no changing lanes at that thick of lock.
Dave was rocking out too, just can't see the guitar.
