  • Don't be like those farangs living for ten years in Bangkok and still not able to carry a basic conversation in Thai. They are basically walking the street with a huge glowing arrow on their head reading: Lazy Loser Here. lol, Imagine one Thai living in UK for 10 years and not being able to speak English. You'd prolly think is the dumbest idiot on the planet, yup that's the kind of respect you gain with Thai people. Now don't complain if someone treats you like an idiot over there, You are one!

  • @JakeBlues68 DON'T GIVE UP!!! I can speak Thai just walk around saying little phrases...

  • Any guesses for what the first language is of the speaker in the video? I thought at first German, but I'm leaning towards a Scandinavian language..

  • punyeta

  • This is too hard for me. I'll never be able to speak Thai. :(

  • have just started using this and seems pretty easy to learn.. not sure about reading yet though

  • Asian bridals here # lushfmlk.info #

  • she uses the "l" where she should use the "r"...just annoying to listen to her not doing it correctly. i know the younger thais' slang is the cause.

  • Thai isnt that hard, the grammar is very easy to understand, im Dutch but i can learn Thai faster then french or something.

  • @Ouija88 The grammar may not be hard, but the different tones and the length of the vowels (short vrs long) sure are a big challenge for learners of Thai.

  • Yeah I know what you talking about I have this as mother language (I don't know how I say that in english) and is very hard.

  • I think Thai is easier than Turkish =) you think turkish is easy but it is not. My mother have been in turkey and she does not understand a word they said to her. I am from Sweden don´t you think I think swedish is easy but it is not xd

  • it's hard indeed......

  • i meant is there a version thats sweet like nue

  • for the I like you that's only for a male....anything with phom in front of is for a guy....

  • just to clarify..

you mean that when a girl is saying "i like you" to a guy, then she uses phom?

  • no when a guy says i like you he says phom when a girl says ilike you she says nue (pronounced noo)

  • oh ok. and could she also say "chan"?

    thanks so much!

  • yup she could say chan, Though it wouldn't be as sweet. if a girl use chan it would be like"Hey Dude I like you." but if she used nue it would be more lke "I like you" in kind of a sweet soft tone...it also depends on how you sound when you say it...

  • ha ha ha

    that's funny.

    ok, thanks.

    =)

  • Comment removed

  • is there a male version of 'nue'?

  • yeah Phom

  • i thought nue was only if she's really young (like a child or teenager) and ure old. But i guess that's the case with most people watching this
