Do I need to scan the Artifact Statues at the Impact Crater to get the 100% rating? Because I missed the Strength Statue when I went back because I already obtained the Artifact before... :S
@TheNintendoviews thanks, i'm alright though because I completed MP1 and was happy to learn that when you start a new game, all the scan entries were saved so, the ones I miss i'll just search for on my second playthrough. Surely this is the same with MP2 and 3?
@RPGFreak90 Because i didn't have the Varia Suit yet. If i had gone down there without it i probably would've died. I only went down that far because of the Missile Expansion anyway.
I think it is because of the Wii controls and the fact that they're all on one disk. To you it will probably only be worth it if you really want the new controls.
Maybe if MP2 on the wii also becomes easier with the new control scheme, MP3 could actually be the hardest one.
I know you've already done this game before, but you've defeated the first three bosses in about 5 seconds each time, and the bosses in prime 2 and 3 simply can't be done like that, because you have to change beam, re-scan, and hit them repeatedly.
I absolutely saw that coming. When I first heard about Metroid Prime Wii, I started thinking of all the possible controls for the Wii Remote. I knew they wouldn't have a stack system for the weapons and no Hypermode leaves + wide open. How did you get this game so early?
Yes, yes! How do you change beams? Since down is used to shoot a missile the pad can't be use to change beams. Perhaps holding + to make appera a "beam selector" like you do with the visor? Oh and, another thing. The Log Book is with button 1 or 2? 'cause I've seen that you exit from it with button 2 and I think it's more confortable to use button 1 which is closer to the rest of the button of the wiimote.
Why not making a comparison. Wii/GameCube. Side by side if you know how. Then we can see how much the Wii version´s widescreen mode makes up :D. That would be great! It will add it right to my favorites.
Oh yeah that's the obvious stuff. I was talking about how i can't really tell a difference with the wide screen. But like i said, before i make any other videos i really want to get the walk-through done.

Artifact 45?
capoland 2 years ago
I can't scan in this part. When I try, the only option it gives me is a little hand in the center of my screen.
Nick24Dr 2 years ago
Do you mean when you try to switch to the scan visor? You should be holding - and it sounds like you're holding +
capoland 2 years ago
You are totally right. Thanks a lot!

Zyborggian 2 years ago
wouldnt that make it hell of a lot easier?
Firespawn7 2 years ago
No because if u shoot with a All you have to do is roll your thumb over the missile and a button since theyre right next to each other...

When do u think this will come to america?

It comes out here with all 3 prime games on 1 disk on 08-24-09.

You definately make this game look very easy.

well, they are the first bosses, and even with the new controls, i bet thardus and the Omega Pirate will still be tough to beat
sfhgh 2 years ago
I beat MP1 on trilogy a few days ago.
If your aim is good, Omega Pirate won't be hard. Thardus was easy... My only problem was Metroid Prime because of his small face.

Do you press the + button to change beams?
NintendoFreak1988 2 years ago
Yeah. You hold it down and then pick a beam just like the visors.
capoland 2 years ago
I absolutely saw that coming. When I first heard about Metroid Prime Wii, I started thinking of all the possible controls for the Wii Remote. I knew they wouldn't have a stack system for the weapons and no Hypermode leaves + wide open. How did you get this game so early?

I got it from Japan. It's already out there.
capoland 2 years ago
Yes, yes! How do you change beams? Since down is used to shoot a missile the pad can't be use to change beams. Perhaps holding + to make appera a "beam selector" like you do with the visor? jamesbond007raul 2 years ago
The 1 button brings up the menu and logbook, while the 2 button brings up the map. And yeah, you guessed right on the beam selecting.
capoland 2 years ago
How do you change beams?
Flash11l19 2 years ago
Yo hold the plus button and then pick it just like the visors.
capoland 2 years ago
Oh yeah, the plus button replaces hypermode. And how do you aim with your left hand on the armcannon? You know, it was the R button on the GameCube.
Flash11l19 2 years ago
It just happens whenever you sit still long enough.
capoland 2 years ago
Oooohhhhhh :O. Do you own the GameCube version?

Yup

I might when i'm done with the walk-through. Although i can't really tell much of a difference myself.
capoland 2 years ago
You can. For example, compare the menu, since it looks diffrent, the intro, how to change beams and so....
Flash11l19 2 years ago
