I have also stayed in this unit. Its the largest garnd villa on property. This is the oldest resort but still can hold its own with the others. I think that the rack rate for this room not during peak season is around $1000 a night. Would love to stay here again, but there are soo many other places now to stay it makes it very hard to choose. It always seems that you never have enough points. I have 250 and just love to take friends and family so I seem to go fast. Best purchase ever made

man we jus had an appointment with one of the agents for the disney club omg the places u can go jus by using those points its amazing but we couldnt afford the monthly payments for it,hopefully someday but it is sure as hell worth it thx fot the upload

I think Disney will say 12 people, but there are three bedrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms each have two queen beds in them. The downstairs master bed is a King. The couch also pulls out into a queen bed. There is also lots of room for a roll away or something similar.

As for the cost, I do not know the rack room rate on this one. When we have stayed it was on DVC points, which verry depending on what time of year.
