@vioxshadow Well, If you really think about it he really never died but permanently went back to the dark world. Like in the end how it depicted Link's shadow making a thumbs up, but the Link in the light world was holding Zelda's hand with the same hand.

And when you think about it, Shadow's spirit was just refused with the others, as LINK as a whole.
