They've parodied the intro within the show at least twice. Still, I don't see why they don't abbreviate the opening credits for a few episodes of the season so we don't have to sit through 2 minutes of Dexter's morning routine all the time. Even Weeds, which is also on showtime, has gone from a full theme song to a still-shot of something marijuana-related with WEEDS on it
