That wasp is called Tarantula Hawk . It's sting paralyzes the spider, then it takes it somewhere safe and then lays eggs on it . When the baby wasps are born , they have a huge spider to feed on. I've actualy never seen a Spider winning against one of those tarantula hawks. They are also in the top 5 most painful bites from an insect. Along with bullet ants. But they very rarely bite a human. They are Black with Red-ish wings and they are not social wasps, they work solo.

the wasp'll take the spider to it's nest/burrow, lay eggs in it's abdomen, then when the eggs hatch the wasp offspring have something to eat once they awaken, otherwise they'll attack the mother, that's why the wasps lay eggs on things like insects
