i love what you did with this page. it was very inspiring. i could really connect with a lot of what you said about AJ'ing. i'm so glad i found you! :D
@sharoncaillier Hi, Im sorry for delay! Its been hectic.Okay, I used yellow ochre, with some white. Then burnt sienna and burnt umber.Really, I only used these. But if you are finding it hard, you can use flesh/tone colour , which are ready mixed for you. you can buy them individually I believe in a good art retail store. If you need help finding online store, please let me know.Take care.xxxx
This is so beautiful TAssy! I didn't know you're so talented in the drawing as that is one of my talents as well. This is so beautiful I absolutely love it! Looks like you've been shopping with all of those art supplies! Wish we were closer in location! Love your project! Very inspiring. Hope you're well. Keep in touch. Much Luv, Susan
Hi there Suzan! I have a background in ARt and Design, thus my passion for drawing too:)Some of my art supplies are when during my days at uni, I love them and cherish them and look after them, lol!I will email you soon, you take care,
Thank you!:) I like to draw girls with big eyes and I just checked your channel out and saw the girl with big eyes on your one too! she is very cute too:)
You are an amazing artist! Those pages are so beautiful. I hope you will do some more videos of your wonderful painting techniques . Thanks for sharingj.
THank you!*blush* I think I will do more videos on my art journal.I am indeed an artist at heart but cardmaking took over, lol. But I am do really enjoy creating things like this! It is my very element that keeps me sane, honestly!
Thanks for sharing this. I love to see how you do the pages in your art journal, how they change by the minute. I like what you say about that you can just begin and don't have to think about how it will be. I feel like trying such a project. Can you tell me what kind of book you're using? Are the pages like watercolour paper?
Hey Loes, how you doing?!I am using an ordinary sketch book for drawing and painting.I have used the Gesso to give the paper some weight as they are not too thick. And I know if I try watercolour on it, it might be just about okay.
And, the best part is to start, knowing that you would want to do some stamping and some painting, and what is your main source of inspiration, then , you do not plan, you let your creativity take you where you need to go...let your heart speak! not your mind!
LOL! I was trying to do a self portrait and of course I will do a prettier version of myself..no its not you, as this is me and how I dress:)Thanks anyway:)
I love it, so different to what you usually do, but it was awesome! I was thinking at the start 'oh no, this is not going to work' but it truely ended up being very beautiful. Keep up the great work...I can't wait to see more. Oh, and also, I'd love to see a photo of you... - Savannah ;)
Thanks Savannah, you made my day with such beautiful words!!Thanks...and yeah, the photo, I will send you one:)The drawing is a better version of myself:D
