no, *SPOILERISH* Pein has a kekkei genkai called the Rinnegan, which does look similar to Kurenai's eyes, but che has a different kekkei genkai which makes her genjutsu so powerful they can physically damge things. the Rinnegan lets Pein use all types of chakra, or sunthin like that, im not sure^^. hope that helped.
