Trevor Rhodes aka Trevor Murdoch was born in Kansas and raised in Missouri, even though his gimmick is a guy from Texas, he's actually from a small town in Missouri
it's funny how Trevor's real last name is Rhodes, and Dusty's is actually Runnels, but Runnels calls himself Rhodes, so Trevor couldn't actually use his real last name!! but Trevor sure does remind me of Dick Murdoch though, so it's a natch that he is now Trevor Murdoch! he's a talented wrestler!!

When I seen him around 2000-2001 with Harely Race's promotion here in St. Louis, he had a striking resemblance to Dusty Rhodes (only slimmer), believe it or not.
Notice Dusty referred to him as "Trevor Rhodes." That was his gimmick before becoming Murdoch of course. Kinda ironic I guess that Dusty Rhodes old tag team partner in the early 70's was Dick Murdoch.
