منذ أن كنت صغيرا و المستشفيات في العاصمة هي هي (بني مسوس مصطفى بارني ...) ،و هذا رغم أن العاصمة تضاعف عدد سكانها أضعافا مضاعفة،و أصبخت مصالح الاستعجالات،لا تستوعب حتى الحالات الطارئة،لأن الكبيب ليست له اربعة أيدي،فيكاد يصبح اسمها مصلحة الوفيات،و ليس الاستعجالات،فمتى ينتبه السيد الرئيس؟؟؟
