@l33tnobody1337 Actually, if you look more closely, Austria-Hungary was already prepared for a war with Serbia, even before the Sarajevo assassination. They were hesitant in the past to go to war because they had no justified cause for that. But when members of organization "Young Bosnia" killed the Archduke, they rushed in to impose severe conditions on Serbia which no independent state could accept. Serbia accepted all,except 1-2 conditions,so A-H had a "justified" reason to attack.

Why does not anyone mention Battle of Cer(first allied victory) and Battle of Kolubara, and Drina? In those 3 battles we kicked Austrians ass! Serbia suffered about in those three battles 140,000 losses, while Austria-Hungary at least 250,000 losses.

They didn't tell that first allied victories in the war were Serbian victories in battles of Cer and Kolubara which were large battles involving large armies, but typical of west to only mention their victories, they also forgot to mention that Seriban army manged to evade capture and retreat to greece from where they counterattacked together with French and when they defeated half million strong Bulgarian army, and then liberated Serbia and created Yugoslavia

@l33tnobody1337 Actually, if you look more closely, Austria-Hungary was already prepared for a war with Serbia, even before the Sarajevo assassination. They were hesitant in the past to go to war because they had no justified cause for that. But when members of organization "Young Bosnia" killed the Archduke, they rushed in to impose severe conditions on Serbia which no independent state could accept. Serbia accepted all,except 1-2 conditions,so A-H had a "justified" reason to attack.

When Bulgaria was already in Serbia and tried to save the Bulgarian Pirot city, Austria-Hungary threatened us with war if we don't quit Serbia. Then Austria-Hungary paid for helping Serbia.

Serbia wanted to united the Slavic people on the Balkans and hopefully it failed. Serbia = Šumadija, every other single territory Serbia has was taken away from other countries. That's why even today you have national problems with territories while others are doing economical things you still fight for 19 century things.

We attacked but at the same time you decided under the table behind Bulgarian's back to split Macedonia with Greece even though your politicians knew that this is Bulgarian population. @Slu4ainika I don't know about those plans for splitting Macedonia with Greece.All I know is that Bulgaria was not satisfied with the results because it bore the greatest part of battles, and gained less land than anyone.And the main problem was Serbia taking over Vardar valley.I think there were propositions for splitting Macedonia with Bulgaria, with Serbia controlling land from Skoplje all the way to Ohrid, and Bulgaria taking the rest.It would have been a fair trade.

@teddythebenny yes that would have been the case but when societies grow evolve and incorporate new views you get a third, fourth and fifth person. the asshole the confused and the rejected. when you start to talk about religion which is inevitable, you get people who persecute, claim, or deny. the same three principles again. society cannot exist with or without them and that is why society is doomed which inherently makes people doomed. so the question is why do they form societies?

@teddythebenny exactly. that is what i have meant when i say society. it is the order that should be questioned the common ideals are what get us in more trouble than necessary. when people suffer and find a small amount of peace they think they win, just like in poker the lose 1000 and gain 100 they feel they are in the lead but they are really down 900. dont settle for suffering to bring small amounts of peace it should be the other way around. more peace should bring little suffering.

We have the solutions of ending world hunger, poverty.. today.

@teddythebenny first of all i would like to correct you i said socialism not communism. there is a difference however, i do not support neither any form of marxism nor capitalism i too have given up on what i could have had. but i still argue that society is unnecessary granted we wouldnt be talking to each other or know what we are taking about without which is why we have in the first place. i would love to get up and leave but where can i go society is everywhere and i still got to pay taxes.

ahh, my apologies, i only meant communism, on the facet socialism.. however much it may not seem, too apparent, though the word, similar should not be used within its contextual history. I got up & left, my native land, and went and found a new place in my mothers native land.. to discern, & understand, an, entirely different system of governance, hence society.... Neither one of us, i doubt, wants a world like 1984, or the visions of Huxleys brave new world.. one merely needs smile, afterall.

The political landscape today, is far too old fashioned.. partisanship = win. which is utterly pointless.. hapless humans are, in the endeavor to find, a solution.. all of the worlds problems can be solved.. today, due to technology, alas, we can also end it. My history teacher told me, that communism, only works in a country which already has wealth, i.e the US.. well that failed XD.. The essence of humanity, in terms of understanding, has always been to categorize. a societies information, hence power is through ideological categorization of numerous variables that make up a society.. = good & bad. We are taught as children, that boys like soldiers, girls like maids.. black is evil, light is good. Why does not anyone mention Battle of Cer(first allied victory) and Battle of Kolubara, and Drina? In those 3 battles we kicked Austrians ass! Serbia suffered about in those three battles 140,000 losses, while Austria-Hungary at least 250,000 losses.

@egor106 Your country was on the brink of war way before ww1. the way you country treated the serfs was bound to end up in revolution. the serfs had nothing to begin with then war breaks out everything goes to the war effort and the serfs are not only forced to fight but they starve and when the war starts to look bad. everyone thinks its in vain. so naturally revolution happens. After the stalemate in the West, with the Germans deep in French territory, the Germans were swindled into thinking they would get a just peace if they agreed to stop fighting. Instead they got robbed of everything they had. An event which led directly to WW2.
