  • Högt skall det klinga vårt svenska språk! Jädrar va man längtar till midsommar när man hör det här ljuvliga!

  • they wants to be a part of Sweden or indepence hahahahah :)))))))))))))))))))) they don't even have to go army like other finns do...

  • @Hyyra if you only knew better my little finnish friend ;)

  • @markhellstone

i know enough of ahvenanmaa, stupid)))))))) u dont even speak real germanic swedish, finlandssveska loool

  • I live on Åland, it's nice here. :)

Also, the majority of us can't speak finnish, but there are a few.

  • Ni kan inte ha en national sång. Åland är inte en nation men är i Finland. Förlåt men så äer det.

  • @Ptuutti dom har självstyre, egna lagar och en egen regering

  • your fucking kidding me? Åland should be under the same Finnish constitution as any other county in Finland.

  • @NeroroPuj why åland isnt finnish.

  • @1337BananaL33TVostok Yes it is. It is part of Finland. You came to Finland at the times of crusade when Sweden invaded Finland. The invasion is over Finland is independent and now you will rather integrate to Finland or go back to Sweden. It's such a shame that one minority have lived in Finland for decades and yet many of them doesn't even speak Finnish.

  • @NeroroPuj all of them can speak finnish but they have swedish as first language. i dont see the problem?

  • @NeroroPuj Well swedes came to Åland and the areas around Åbo at rougly the same time the finnish came to todays western finland, not though an invasion.

  • @Hyddan92 Yeah sure. And the crusade to Finland??

  • @NeroroPuj Well it's a known fact that swedes have been living on the finnish coastline since somwhere before year 1000, rougly 300-400 years before the crusades, but before that nobody really knows, we know however that it have been a lot of trade and migration long before that so it is possible that swedes can have lived in the areas around åbo for more than 1500 years...

And samis apperently lived in finland before both finns and swedes, and have lived in todays sapmi for 1500-2000 years....

  • @NeroroPuj So finns must have moved in to todays finland fore maybe 2000 years ago from todays karelia and pushed the samis north... and probalby the finns either came first to the areas around åbo or the swedes did, nobody knows...

  • @Hyddan92

The dominant position of swedish on our coasts is the result of immigration from central sweden from 13th century onwards followd by assimilation under swedish rule. Finlandsvenska is mostly very similar to the dialects from around lake Mälaren.

There may have been minor communities, but the swedish presence is by and far the result of state-sponsored colonialism

Why wont you mention your own expansions into Samic lands? There are no medieval swedish towns north of Gävle.

  • @ZimoP Well, yes many swedes came first during swedish rule in finland, but the oldest remains of swedish settlements are from roman bronze age around year 1 - 200 a.d in Aura å and Letala in finland proper. Finland proper and Satakunda started to integrate into the Swedish realm (sveariket) during viking times 800-1000 and have had a tight relationship with sweden for several hundred years.

And the samis are'nt relevant in this discussion, besides Finns also took over samic lands.

  • Funderar nästan på att flytta hit med tanke på hur Sverige ser ut nu för tiden.

  • asså jag bor på åland och jag tycker att vi närmar oss mera......ett eget land! det blir mer och mer självständigt:)

  • But Åland is not a country and its anthem should be in Finnish since it's part of Finland!!

  • Touch our island and we will nuke the shit out of you

  • Åhh. Jag älskar Åland!. Och alla pratar Svenska också!. Tillhör väl Finland tror jag? Skit samma!.

  • Pitääs vaihtaa ahavenanmaa ruattalaasten kans vanahaan volovoho!

  • Jag bor ju fan på Åland :DDD ..

  • So very Beautiful!!

  • Underbart <3

  • BARBAROIDS

  • @unfukkkmee what?

  • LoL, she is singing as Åland would be a country but it is not.(No offense to the people of Åland)

  • @Vsmovies100 There's a difference between a nation/ country and a sovereign state, there's no reason why one shouldn't love their 'nation' and their sovereign state, in this case, there's no reason why an Ålander shouldn't be proud of being from the Åland Islands and be a patriotic Finn.

  • @LordSpuggy That's not what I am saying. I am not saying that they shouldn't be proud of Åland.

  • @Jehu37 No jos haluuvat olla sveduja nii lähetkööt vittuu sieltä saarelta Ruotsii.... Varmaa keksittäis käyttö

ahvenanmaalle... esim maahanmuuttajat sinne itse selviytymää.....

  • @SuomiBroadcast Shut up you small little Finn. Åland is Åland and will remain so.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl well its not like its gonna change in the near future :D

  • @SuomiBroadcast When did it change in the first place?

Åland and all western Finland is Scandinavian, NOT Finnish.

  • @SuomiBroadcast Are you a chinky Finn?

  • @Peppepoppldoppl chinky?

  • @SuomiBroadcast Asian Finn.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl No :D You like Ahvenanmaa? I do, because its part of Finland! Hyvä Suomi!

  • @SuomiBroadcast Åland is Åland, autonomy does not mean that it is part of the country.

  • @SuomiBroadcast Ahvenanmaa means nothing at all. It's another mongoloid word made up by Asian Finns.

  • @SuomiBroadcast Asian boy.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl Muslim Brit.

  • @SuomiBroadcast Welsh.

  • @SuomiBroadcast What would make me Muslim? Me and all of my family come from Wales.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl Then what would make me Asian? hmm?

  • @SuomiBroadcast Finnish people are Asian.

Uralic people come from Asia, which came from the Mongolians. You are Asian.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl NO ONE knows where Finnish people came... Baltic maybe...

  • @SuomiBroadcast Baltic people are completely different from Finns. Finnish people come from Asia.

Any anthropologist, scientist and archaeologist would know.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl There is no way Finnish people are Asian, Finnish people mainly come from Europe and maybe Russian or somewhere near that... But not from Asia. :P

  • @muumifantti Come on, don't be such a whiny little gayboy, now.

Finnish people ARE ASIAN, AND THIS IS THE RIPE TRUTH.

Finnish people have nothing to do with Indo-European people, therefore not European, but ASIAN.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl AHAHAHAH GAYBOY????!! XDDDD Could you tell me what makes Finnish people ASIAN, and why do you think so? You are a british person yourself, how would you know something like that, which makes no sense here? :P

  • @muumifantti I am Welsh, not "British".

Finnish people are Asian both geographically and by ethnicity. Finnish people originate from the Uralic Mountains and live on a peninsula which belongs to Asia.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl Finland doesn't belong to Asia. :P We look totally different of Asian persons, our culture and language and such are totally different from Asians.

And I think we know better ourselves are we Asian or not than some Welsh person (sorry that I called you British earlier). It doesn't make any sense here, it sounds ridiculous and stupid to call Finnish persons Asian. You haven't ever seen Finnish persons or visited to Finland, right?

  • @muumifantti I know very well what I am talking about, Finns are completely blinded by their useless arrogance and stinking way of life.

Finnish people are Asian, along with every single Finno-Ugric individual in Europe.

Do you think you are smart?

  • @Peppepoppldoppl

If you had a clue about the subject, you would know that 1)proto-uralic emerged in europe 2) finno-ugric peoples dominated much of northern, eastern and central europe before the indo-europeans invaded and assimilated them. Finno-ugric and basque are quite likely the aboriginal languages of europe. Also you fail in making a distinction between language and genetics, comparing baltic-finnic languages to nenets etc is like comparing welsh to bengal or persian.

  • @ZimoP If you had a clue about the subject you would know that comparing Basque to Finnish is all the same as Tamil and Arabic.

Don't come back denying this, fairy. You did. The Nenets are your true cousins, both Finns and Nenets are Mongolian with the short, stubby stature, chinky eyes and disgusting stench.

You complain and moan like a perfect Mongoloid.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl Hitler thought in 1930's that fins are mongloids because of our language. But its prooved to be false. And tell me what is typical mongloid behaviour?

  • @voluMzor It's not "prooved" to be false.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl Actually it is. Only stupid would say Finland is part of Asia. Finland has more blue eyed people than most of the Europan countries.

  • @voluMzor Blue eyes wont differ Finland from Asia.

  • @ZimoP You type alot of unnecessary shit on here, typical Mongoloid behaviour. Now, if you weren't so extremely slow.

Do you realise that you bring up a branch of languages into a debate about nationality? Jesus christ, you are fucking dumb.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl

You have already proven yourself to be a troll by saying childish shit like "you stink". Why does a welsh attempt to force 1800's racist pseudo-scientific propaganda down our throats? Go do something more productive like assisting in making Wales an independent country.

On-topic: Åland could be a part of Sweden for all i care, just a small archipelago that sucks finnish taxpayer money with special crap like autonomy and language demands.

  • @ZimoP Profanities won't make one a troll, dear mongoloid Finn. I use whatever language I see fit to, and I, only I, will address myself as a troll if I want to or not.

You are incredibly lost and delirious if you really think you are a part of Europe as a nation and people.

Yes, independence will do Wales great progress, but as autonomy goes, we are not exactly dependent on England. More vice versa, I'd say.

Stop trying to be a smartarse and check out from life.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl

The reason for higher occurence of traits such as high cheekbones and squintier eyes among finns than europe on average is something called "genetic bottleneck" effect. Finns lived in harsher conditions and transceded to agricultural society much later than most of europe. Higher cheekbones and thus stronger jaws are necessary for harder food yknow. Our genepool is highly homogenous, thus these traits have endured to this day thanks to our isolation.

  • @ZimoP It's called mongoloid traits, not bottleneck. Bottleneck is usually referred to real people, not sub-humans. Behave yourself, mongoloid retard.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl

People like you are just jealous of our ancient northern heritage and our unbreakable determination. Even slavs knew finnic tribes as blond and light-eyed in their medieval chronicles. We are the autochthonous race of the eastern shores of baltic sea. We have lived here ever since the glacier melted after ice age, and suffered greatly against oppressing indo-europeans who marauded on our lands.

  • @ZimoP People like me are not very many in numbers. Maybe 2-7 people in the world, perhaps?

If you have an ancient northern heritage then so do the Scandinavians and Celts, because they too share ancestry from Cro-Magnoids. Finns are not special or cool or determined, you are another pathetic state which fell so easily for Anglo mainstream.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl

It doesn't mean we came from mongolia 500 years ago you useless half-wit. We are the closest to the ancient european cro-magnoids out of all european states, It is the INDO-european speakers that flooded from, guess where from, INDIA, and assimilated the indigenous finno-ugric speaking europeans.

Also saying stupid shit like "finns stink" is intentfully childish and false and DOES make you a troll.

    I'm through with you.

  • @ZimoP Yes it does, Finns are closest to the Mongoloids of any other race on this planet.

Cro-Magnoids? I don't think so. The Celtic people and your neighbour Scandinavians are more closely related to Cro-Magnoids you useless degenerate.

    PS, your English is horrible.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl The irony, you insult my english skills yet copy my rhetorical methods over and over again.

I dont give a shit if a native speaker is better than me, atleast I have a language of my own, unlike you welsh who struggle for your meager semi-autonomy against england.

The delirious one is you, for thinking ignorant good-for-nothing trolls like you have the knowledge and right to say who we are and who are not.

  • @ZimoP My replies are not rhetorical. They are solid and full of content. I am not trying to convince you, and I am not trying to make you think. Because I know exactly what I debate about, and hence will not try to make you believe anything.

I have a language of my own, and that is not just English, But Welsh and Cornish. You are not special because you can speak an Ugric language composed of Creole grammar and pronounciation. Wales is on no grounds "struggling" against England, you mongolid.

  • @ZimoP The IRONY, my rhetorical methods seem to corrupt your mind into believing you brought that method up. Typical mongoloid brain, not ready for what the Homo Sapien race calls IQ.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl

Yes it is struggling, it has for the last 1000 years, the overwhelming majority of welshmen don't have a welsh surname, a sign of massive english immigration/assimilation, or speak welsh for that matter. Original celtic culture of britain lies in fringes of oblivion against anglo-saxons.

As a member of an oppressed nationality, you should know better than to cling to the false history of surrounding oppressing nations and use it against another historically oppressed nation.

  • @ZimoP I don't see how that is "struggling". The majority of Welsh people DO have welsh surnames.

Jones, Thomas, James for example. They are Welsh, not English. Llewelyn, Floyd, Reynolds, Rhodderich.

Wales isn't struggling. To add in, I live in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion and I speak Welsh perfectly well. Even if the English don't want it or not, Welsh ancestry stretches up from Cornwall to Cumbria.

  • @ZimoP You don't really have a clue about Britain. Celtic culture is nowhere near struggling against Anglo-Saxons. Do you realise that Anglo-Saxons are Germanic just like the Scandinavians you claim to have oppressed Finland all these centuries?

  • @Peppepoppldoppl

Of course i know anglo-saxons are, but whether or not you like germanics doesn't change the fact they have committed genocide on celts and taken their lands. The same applies to the relationship of slavs and finnics. Also germanic swedes in finland´s case have colonized us.

It's not a wonder most of the more stalwart followers of your cherished finno-mongol theory were swedes, and even our own swedish speakers. They wanted to debase us, to destroy our history.

  • @ZimoP Celtic and Brythonic people still exist, and our genes are stronger than Germanic ones.

The English woman needs Celtic spunk in order to produce healthy people. English women are ugly cunts with hairy minges. Besides, we inhabit the larger proportions of the British Isles, and "English" people are more Celtic than they think.

Cornwall, Devon and Somerset are Brythonic.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl Germanic and Celtic genes are nonsense to speak of we are talking about something that is more related to language and culture and identity.

Anglo-Saxons got higher status that many celts shifted language and identity to gain the same status.

  • @Eopyk Stop trying to add in on an argument with nonsense that I have never uttered a word about.

  • @Eopyk It is near impossible to take that reply seriously because that is some garbled fucking shite.

I suggest enrolling communal English classes. If you are somehow trying to associate Swedes with Finns you are gravely de-railed. Finns are homogenous and not in any material way are they associated with Swedes.

Did Celts "shift" language and identity to gain status? Really? What in the LIVING FUCK are you talking about? This is one garbled and servile lie.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl No it is not a lie. You see Brittish Celts where called strangers where the term Welsh comes from. And with rise of Anglo-Saxon kingdoms one needed to speak there language to be equall in status. This is what happend Brittish Celtic culture was pushed to a few areas like Welsh, Cornwell etc.

    Language shift is not uncommon.

  • @Eopyk Cornwall and the Cornish language are consigned to history.

Wales must remain a beacon to original Brythonic heritage and culture. Not genes nor language in Wales are lost to the English. Wales is still spoken around Wales; infact more than in Scotland and Ireland regarding Gaelic. PLUS Argentina.

You are a craven little shyster ridden Swede trying to school me regarding my own culture, people and language.

You have never opened literature by a fine author, liberalist puke.

  • @Eopyk

It is true finland was but a handful of tribes before the swedish times, and that swedes laid the foundation to the birth of a finnish state, but i dislike how swedes and russians always considered finnic peoples as just subjects of their states with no history/heritage of their own.

Much of the finnish-swedes are merely finns who just their language to swedish, finns suffered heavily under swedish rule, actually much more than after russians took over.

  • @ZimoP Defintily Finns have there own herritage yes. But it is inposible to talk about Finns history without mentioning Swedes and vice versa. Both have culturaly influenced each others have similear traditions etc like midsummer both have a introverted cultural mentality etc.

Yes Finnish speaking Swedes is a combination of Finns who shifted language, Migrating Swedes/Norsmen and others like Germans coming in who shifted to Swedish.

  • @Eopyk

Nations are confederations of neighbouring tribes sharing similar attributes, above all a similar language. They are created to serve the common interests of the aforementioned communities

In my eyes, Finland should exist as a means to protect our kindred communities against the imperialist, linguistically alien.swedes/russians, who have sought to, and still do, to subjugate us. It is common interest of finnics that now holds us together, not some old mindgames of swedish kings

  • @ZimoP In what way does Swedes try to subjugate Finns today ?

Of course I want Finland to be independent. I just do not like the Swedes VS Finns mentality or that the Swedish language in Finland is purely a impearialistic left over.

Other than linguistics and mythology are there any massive diffrence culturaly speaking beetwen Finns and Swedes today ? Sure some exist but let's not overeact :)

    And happy holidays

  • @ZimoP Ehh sorry that is false history. East Norsmen ( that would later be known as Swedes) migrated into to the coasts. Finland as a nation did not exist and the area was a part of Sweden.

Coloniazation it was because a broader nation state or area did not exist. After war with Russia Finland was taken by Russia. And you know the rest :).

Some people who wish to bring down the status Swedish speaking Finns have used similear rethoric.

It is soley linguistics that seperates us.

  • @Eopyk No, just no. It's not like Swedes ever "migrated" to Finland. That is a lie.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl What is your proof my source that Swedes and east Norse men have been migrating to the coastal areas. Mixed with assimilation and migrations of others later on such as Germans shaped what would become Finland Swedes.

And there is even some genetic evidence.

No Finns are not homogenous. Culturaly today Swedes and Finns are very similear mainly mythology (that influence each other) and language families that seperates today.

  • @Eopyk Swedish-speaking Swedes are not of Swedish origin, but of Finnish.

Scandinavians never assimilated with the Finno-Ugric.

  • @ZimoP Another reason why the term colonization is incorrect is that Finland was just seen as a normal part of the kingodm during the Swedish rule.

  • @ZimoP It DOES mean Finns come from Mongolia. Cro-Magnoids are infact not at all as closely related to Finns as you believe, there are other nationalities that take the price, Celtic or Scandinavian people for example (NOT mongoloid Finns).

No hahahaha, Indo comes from the famous Indus Valley civilization, and that addresses the European languages around the world. Around the Caucasus and the Fertile Crescent is the cradle of most European civilization.

  • @ZimoP All progress from Finland committed by single people do not look alot like Finns.

Thank your Swedish-speaking Finns for that. Even that awful ripoff game you call Angry Birds is of Swedish-speaking product.

    Finns are so incredibly useless.

  • @Peppepoppldoppl Yeah do you know something? Finns are maybe 60% blonds and blue eyed. There is your asia stupid idiot.

  • Ai että oikein oma kansallis laulu?

  • Such an interesting country, I really want to visit it.. It looks beautiful.

  • @HellJonne666 dude relax

  • such a lovely anthem :') <3

  • Its occupied by Finland, but its Closer to Sweden (Don't mean liturally closer, more relation). And it used to be Swedish, many parts of Finland is still also Swedish speaking right?

  • @graffit4life Ugh.. We "finlandssvenskar" are fully Finnish. It's defined by language, anybody can become one officially by few clicks on the internet.

  • @Latexi84 finlandSVENKAR är svenskar!

  • @civ81 Huoh... Käyppä tsiigaamassa miten meidät Suomenruotsalaiset määritellään... On monta kertaa enemmän enemmän suomalaisia, joilla Ruotsalaisia sukujuuria jotka puhuvat suomea kuin meitä itse "suomenruotsalaisia".

    Idiootti.

  • @graffit4life "Its occupied by Finland" Don't make me laugh. Åland islands haven't always populated by Swedish people. Before Swedish people, Finnish people were living there as ancient places are showing. If you want to go to details, we can go to details. Some people are trying to rewrite Åland's history as by Matts Dreijer "Det ålandska folket historia". Please don't make us laugh by making fairytales. Swedish people in Finland are newcomers, not original people.

  • @tupakki Teekkö sä jotain historiaan liittyvää työkses? Aika asiallisia kommentteja monissa videoissa :)

  • I live there :P

  • Wtf finnar?

  • Many Finns identifies themself with Finno ugrics and east asians

  • The first people on the Ahvenanmaa were the finns, swedes came much later. Ahvenanmaa and Karjala, will be finnish once more again.

  • @aivopark Finns came from asia

  • @FirbenStrid duh and humans came from Africa. So what?

  • @publicuser12345 Yeah, keep on dreaming. Sooner or later we will have independence and nobody is going to attack anybody. We will get it and be good neighbours. Finland is continuing to tie herself closer to Russia every year and abolishing everything Swedish, it is because of this that there is no future for a Swedish speaking Åland within Finland.

  • @AhvalandViking Then, don't you think, we would need an independent Finnish speaking Meänmaa? Why do we need 2 Swedish speaking countries? Should we liberate Finnish Speaking areas like Ruija or Meänmaa? Why don't you reread the UN report which says Åland is Finland? Because Åland is geographically part of Finland. What has changed since?

  • @publicuser12345 First of all I don't want Åland to belong to Sweden so your gibberish about languages is a moot point. Second of all the Finnish-speakers of Norrland in Sweden don't WANT to belong to Finland. Call me crazy but I think it's up to the people who live in the said area to decide.

Much has changed since 1921, there's no need to please Russia and nobody believes that Sweden can ever become a Nordic superpower again.

Umm, Finland is geographically a part of Russia.. So?

  • @AhvalandViking How do you know? Maybe they want to move to Finland. Why do you earn independence and not Finnish speaking areas like Meänmaa or Ruija? If it were about people there would 10 million mini-countries. First of all what's your national identity? You don't even have own language, you speak Swedish.

  • @publicuser12345 I already told you, it's up to people really. If they want to be Finns that's fine by me. The only problem is that they are a minority where they live. That's like giving Helsinki to Sweden because 6 % of the population speaks Swedish. I heard a radio show where they identified themselves as "Finnish speaking Swedes" so I assumed that they have no interest in belong to Finland.

And no it would not, most people are happy belonging to the country they do.

  • @AhvalandViking So you think we - the original Karjala people - could vote Karjala back to Finland? It doesn't work like that. Because of geopolitics. Stop living in fantasy world. Ahvenanmaa is Finland forever. Move to Gotland if you love swedes so much.

What kind of radio show is that? Some swedish-speaking BS radio with 10 listeners? It's the same crap as HBL. They only output shit.

I meant the Finnish speaking areas. They are majority. And we can national awaken the rest.

  • @publicuser12345 In a perfect world yes you should be able to do that. However the situation is entirely different there. Karelia is populated mostly by Russians today which complicates the situation. Åland is 100 % Swedish and more and more people want independence.

Why wouldn't it be Swedish speaking? In Åland nobody speaks Finnish....

You know what...? I'll give it between 20 and 50 years and we'll be an independent country.

  • @AhvalandViking I said in a fantasy world everybody would be able to get/do what they want. Alas in a real world you have to face your acts' consequences. What you mean by 100% Swedish. If you are Swedes then you go back to Sweden. Swedes live in Sweden.

Even in these comments has some Finnish speaking Ålander posted in Finnish. So your all speak becomes to some speak.

What are you ethnically exactly? Don't say Ålanders because there isn't such a thing.

  • @publicuser12345 Åland is and will allways be swedish! We will take it back!

  • @KaxiLaxi How can it be swedish? It belongs to Finland.

  • @WeinSnoken Jo, det är jag. Eivor Lindström. Inspelningen gjorden 1988 på Mariehamns Ord och Ton. Jag är åländska och uppskattar sången.

  • @WeinSnoken Jag heter Eivor Lindström och sjöng in sången 1989.

  • @An1989di Thank You:D Unfortunately no english version. The singer Eivor Lindström:D

  • There's nothing wrong with being Swedish, Finnish, Gay or any such thing. But there's a lot wrong with being an asshole.
