It's strange. The Elise uses the same engine as stock. But the lift is no way near as loud as it is in a Celica or this.

There's not many videos of Elise's though. Hopefully. Someone with an Elise using the 2ZZ-GE and a new intake can upload a vid. :)

It's actually VVTL-I. L stands for valve lift.

Word of advice if you want more out of yours - I'm pushing 154kw out, but I got redline increased to 9500. That makes a huge difference, I can keep up with stock sti's and evo's because they just don't have the rev range I do!
