  • i just noticed when it says say no to nuclear, it shows a coal plant. I think nader should be more against coal than nuclear. As potentially dangerous as nuclear power is, it is a far cleaner form of energy than coal

    Tom

  • Does anyone know which speech/event that the last/closing quote (on this video) came from ?

    What a powerful statement !

  • This is an awesome video I wish we could put this on every channel 24/7.Vote Nader!

  • The-Writing-Is-On-The-WALL $treet BailOUT!

The Bailout is taxation without representation or consultation.

Obama and McCain voted for the bailout!

Democrat/Clinton deregulated and caused this mess.

Republican/Bu$h blank check bails the crooks out.

Millions of Americans have no health care, many are

loosing their homes yet, RepubliCrat$ partY throw money

away into the Wall $treet speculator gambler void!

    Vote NADER/Gonzalez 08!

  • The snap of Abbie Hoffman's "birds" is a real blast! XD

The Stephen Hawking voice is kind of hard to understand at some points...though I did get it in context.

  • C'mon, we gotta have some talented rapper that can replace most of that. It's a good one.

  • Very good!

  • Nice vid. Thanks.

  • I love this video!

  • Seriously this is great work! Thanks for making and sharing!

    Vote Nader!

  • ralph nader is a great man but in 2000 he upset me made gor lost hes in coperations BUT would have solved alot of promblems...

  • gore upset me in 2000 by choosing lieberman as his running mate. just look where he stands now, that says more. something about the dem party that i blame over third parties.

  • at the time liberman was voted most libril in the senate like barack obama is today there is noything rong about being a librel just is just a scare tacktick by the republicans liberman stnds were he stands now this is kinda of out there but ive red some blogs and the reason he suports the war is because hes jewsih and hates arabs thats probley lot true but i get your point

  • "Hopes", "conscience", "feeling", etc.

    What bullshit.

  • well since our debate has deteriorated to the level of dumb beasts, i will refute by saying ...you suck.

  • What debate was that?

  • joe mamas.

  • You are fantasizing.

  • i know. but what do you care?

  • Don't. But if you weren't I might.

  • no you wouldn't.

  • are you trying to be contradictory? at first you ask "how about Mckinney" than you say "hope" for a third party is "bullshit" and then you ask "what debate is that" as if there isn't one going on right now. i respond at the risk of being called idealistic or "fantasizing" so i really want to know, what do you believe politically? do you honestly believe Nader "pays for votes?" or r you just a devils advocate? p.s.(he's no more an "egomaniac" than anyone else who runs for pres of the free world.)

  • Nader pays for votes? Not that I know of. In terms of Bathhouse John and Hinky Dink he would be a much better politician if he did.

Nader is being funded by the Republicans, however, as the last time he played spoiler.

He is also clearly an egomaniac though I do not dispute that his early consumer advocacy was useful.

The Corporatists on the other hand have long adapted to that--saves them huge civil judgments and lawyers' fees.

  • If the Democrats wanted to, they could have enacted legislation that would make spoiling elections impossible. It's called instant run-off voting, Matt Gonzalez had it enacted in San Francisco, very simply electoral reform.

But the Democrats haven't supported this. Why? Because under the current status quo, they are guaranteed to be in office 50% of the time.

It's one party (the Big Business Party) with two factions.

  • Word to that, my friend.

And most Democratic voters will agree that IRV is awesome, and that they should try and get it on more ballots in the US, but I haven't seen a single Democrat actually make a concerted effort towards that goal.

Democrats really need to demand more from their candidates, it's all about winning for the sake of winning now.

  • My politics right now is simple and direct: destroy the Republican Party at all levels.

On the Federal level that means voting for Obama.

    See Kucinich's speech, did you?

    Wake up.

  • Funny, Obama doesn't support any of Kucinich's platform.

    Nader/Gonzalez does.

  • The time for change is now. Real change is Ralph Nader, the ONLY candidate with experience in fighting corporate criminals.

  • Nader is a spoiler as usual.

Why would anyone want to "feel" good or bad about casting a vote?

  • I think US needs their third party to man the fuck up. It works great for canada, despite the fact that the NDP will probably never be in power..the fact that they have a presence means that the government needs to pay attention to them.

  • We have a third party: it's called the Michigan Militia. HANG CONGRESS! HANG THE SUPREME COURT! HANG THE ENTIRE BUSH ADMINISTRATION! HANG BARRACK OBAMA! LONG LIVE THE U.S. CONSTITUTION!!!

  • I mean a serious third party, not whatever this bullshit gun crazed militia your talking about is. Fuck, I'd probably have more respect for you if you pulled a snoop dog and said the third party is the gangster party. Now you're just proving the stereotypes about americans being gun crazed true.

  • She was quite fox a few years ago. Maybe still is.

  • How a bout Cynthia McKinney?

She opposed not only the second Gulf War but the first.

She also brought an impeachment bill in 2006.

  • Nader is a lawyer--very limited intellectually.

  • Generalize much?

  • Ask not what your country can do to you, ask what you can do to your country.

The Irish paid through the nose for votes.

  • How much is Nader paying for a vote?

  • If you're looking to whore out your vote, I'm sure McCain & Obama have more money to offer.

Obama will pay you in wheelbarrows of hype... I mean hope.

You don't have to pay anything for integrity and principle.

  • I diagree: one pays through the nose for integrity and principle.

At any rate, any but Kucinich's Health Insurance Plan, which is based on a universal risk pool, will be a total fucking disaster, left or right.

Nader really should study Kucinich's propoposals--they are the only systematic analysis of US ills.

Nader is useful but sometimes appears to be an egomaniac.

  • When the Nader Haters are getting thumbs-up and the defenders thumbs-down, you know that the trolls have thoroughly slimed their way into town.

  • If you HAVE a MySpace Page and/or Facebook, SEND videos like this one to as many friends as you can!

    I send them as comments.

Do you have "Hi5"? The postings work there, too! I found out you must be sure to ad the person's name or something to each comment sent so it does not come off as spam.

Do ALL you can to get the word OUT!

    Ralph Nader & Matt Gonzalez - 2008!

    More Voices. More Choices.

  • lol I'll feel great when I vote 4 Obama. Matter of fact I'll feel amazing..not like I did last time I voted for the hater nader.

Sorry bud you're on your own this time.

  • thats a shame, we could really use you. Compare the twos track records or something and at least think about it.

  • Oh I'm sure you would've been glowing had you voted for Kerry.

That guy was such a charmer... I feel defiled that I didn't vote Nader in 2004 like I did in 2000.

    Don't hate, congratulate.

  • i actually would have been glowing to vote for Kerry but unfortunately I was as ignorant then as most of you are now.

If you vote 4 Nader in 2008 you might as well just go 2 the zoo and stick your dick in the monkey cage.

  • don't be so modest, you are still ignorant. and it seems obvious that you have no idea why you vote for the people you vote for.

  • don't get your panties all in a bunch because I realize that nader is a hypocritical liar.

You wanna waste your vote on this guy I've got a bridge to sell you too.

    A Vote 4 Nader is A Vote 4 Idiocracy

  • I don't get what people have against nuclear power, Would prefer wars in the middle east and drilling's into wildlife reserves? Nuclear power is the cleanest source of renewable energy, Dumping waste tubes deep into Nevada mines is no big deal.

  • No big deal?! Didn't you see the hills have eyes!? lol. I appreciate your modest and differing opinion, but it's simply not the direction I believe we should head (too much waste and risk). We wont need to bomb Arabs once we harvest the energy of solar. Some say it's too expensive and inefficient, but so were computers less than 10 ears ago. We only need to embrace the potential.

  • Those mutants were the result of nuclear blast tests, Who gives a shit if cannibalistic mutants emerge we can just nuke them.

  • Steven Hawkins for prez

  • ROFL!!

  • WOW! That's Excellent! O_O

  • Well done. Very creative.

I liked that picture saying "We need more party animals"

  • This video rocks, NADER ROCKS. Dont be a hater, vote for ralph nader!

    :)

Weee, this is fun, I am watching it again/.

  • if only there was a chance...

  • Ralph Nader is right on the issues for me. So why am I supposed to vote for someone I don't agree with?

    Duh, Vote Nader!

  • RALPH & MATT ARE CLEARLY THE ONLY OPTION FOR A SERIOUS AND PRODUCTIVE FUTURE. THE MESSAGE MUST BE SENT AND IT MUST BE SENT NOW... ( I would like to see a video with the new mascot entitled Obama Squirrel )

  • Vote Libertarian. Vote Barr/Root 2008

  • Obama girl aint got shit on you!
