If you were 'subscribed' or 'messaged' without your permission FLAG THE VIDEO - click on the little flag under the video window (to the right of 'Embed' and select SPAM from the drop down window. I would also suggest doing this to ALL this spammers videos (accessible from the video button above the video window) - THIS BEHAVIOR MUST BE STOPPED!!
