If 2 is the amount of blues, you could say that's our base number for soldiers on a team. Since 1 soldier is a half of a team in this case, theoretically, the Reds have 150% of a team to the Blues with 100%. If you see the 3 Reds as a base number for a team, using this terminology the reds have about 100% to the Blues having 66.6666% of a team.
