@JosephTheSly Poser is a wonderful program, and up to Version 7 Pro the controls are very intuitive and fairly easy to figure out. I personally do not like the interface of Poser 8, I find it clunky, ugly, and annoying. Having some knowledge of 3D animation helps, but if not there are great websites with tutorials, such as Renderosity and Daz3D. Lots of plugins and additional scripts make Poser very powerful.

Its easy .....just create the video and store it as a targa file and import as a series in after effects.
The targa file gives you individual frames and AE imports them in sequential order. i.e frame 01 to frame 100.
