  • I think she freezes them for a like 30-45mins. I think.....

  • They're really yummy. my friends sister makes them but she freezes her cake balls to harden the chocolate coating. they're so yummy but really high in calories, sugar, fat, and carbs. but still yummy for a once in a while treat.

  • @thinprincess87 how long does she freeze it for

    like 10 mins? moree? less?

  • Lol look at that kitchen sooooo un organized ...mmmm to sloppy

  • oh my goodness! horrible!

  • I'm sorry... Mixing a box cake with Packet frosting, using microwaved chocolate isn't cooking :/ Not to mention that they look awful :( How can you serve something like this and feel proud?

Imagine how nice they could be if you took the time to learn how to bake a cake, mix frosting and handle cooking chocolate - there you find the secret to a good desert.

  • @RocherWarrior I'm with you! I'm a cake maker and when people ask me if I make cake balls, my eyes just roll.

  • @RocherWarrior agreed well said!

  • omg this sucks!!

  • I enjoyed learning this. Thank you

  • I used to be an adventurer like her until I took an arrow to the Knee.

  • you guys need to realize she is do a demo to a class or something and they are video taping it, she not making a youtube cake call tutorial and I can hear her fine, turn up the volume

  • Speak louder, get a bigger bowl and look at the camera and please put on a clean piece of parchment! This is not the best video I've seen.lol

  • ESTA FATALLL! ADEMAS BASTANTE SUCIA A MI PARECER LA SRA. PARA COCINAR Y NADA ESTETICO EL PRODUCTO, YO NO LO COMERIA NI POR ERROR!!!

  • this is horrible! Blah!

  • i find this video helpful

  • Ur cake balls look ugly and nasty I expected better than that 

  • TALK LOUDER!!!!!!

  • ew i would never want any cooty covered germ infested disease carrying kids to go near my food let alone touch it :/

    hah, great video though :)

  • You seem like a mean old lady :/

  • haha! make balls..............

  • You talked a lot about the presentation but your cake balls were not presented very nicely..!!! They were very lumpy looking.. And that person coughing like crazy that was gross...! And I just had to turn this video off! Sorry. Btw you weren't prepared!!

  • ...but she is not making homemade cake...she uses a mix. She isn't prepared. She has to wash dishes. She uses a dirty bowl! She is suppose to be a professional and should have been prepared with a clean Kitchen and everything ready to use. FYI, there are a lot of bakeries now that use Cake Mixes. Duncan Hines has a very good white cake mix. Wilton recommends Duncan Hines in there classes.

  • It is a bad demo. She was not prepared.

  • @meshastatam: it is not so easy to make homemade cakes. It takes a while to get down the technique and to get the right flavor. To some people it may be super easy but not for everyone

  • omg the person hacking up a lung in the background literally made me turn this video off...

  • You can add just enough frosting to bind together the cake. It makes the mixture less mushy and easier to roll. deWishesdelights

  • This is painful to watch.

  • I HATE using box mixes and canned icings.. so easy to create homemade food!

  • i think you need to edit more, but it was awesome! my cake balls, AMAZING! THX! ☺

  • come on it´s not that bad!!

  • The only part I'm nervous about it the execution. The ingredients seem simple enough but I want mine to look smooth. I guess I'll have to freeze them.

  • Pfff what a mess in that kitchen, a horrible demonstration. They look terrible.

  • eeww. Bakerella is soooooooo, lol, soo much better

  • this looks disgusting. I'm sorry. Paula Dean really had a better method.

  • this is a horrible demonstration!!!!

  • you are awesome cake balls is my best of sweets

  • Comment removed

  • Every time I see this lady do recipes, she always seems scattered. If you are doing a cooking demonstration, you really need to get your ingredients and equipment together beforehand. JMO.

  • @Lillian0813 She's in the midst of teaching a class. I think she did fine, considering.

  • This is so bad!!! How are you trying to teach someone to do something when you are not prepared? What a mess

  • being that she is teaching this to people.... she did a pretty horrible job. I hope this wasnt her first time doing this.

  • @ladyjeng Considering how bad it was I would rather hope this WAS her first time. That would be better.

The instructions were fine, but ya, it was not executed very well. I'm wondering if she was doing this for the people in the background or for the camera. It's hard to tell.

  • @AutomHatter highly doubt it was her first time, Just seemed too rushed, if she had taken her time it probably would have came out better. To each their own. :)

  • this is so messy! they did not come out pretty at all!

  • its look good

  • which city r ur classes held??
