@simcardpro Wait til you're 16 imo dude, at 13 you won't have the testosterone to gain much, if anything anyway, do unweighted exercises if you must, like crunches, pushups etc, but i wouldn't touch any weights.
@simcardpro Ye that's fine, wait til your a little older for the heavy stuff, you'll be thankful later on in life, unweighted ab work is fine, as is most body weight exercises like pushups, chinups, unweighted squats etc, that way you'll be ripped instead of big, which is better at your age

@wtfbbqflex The fact that he has managed to maintain his body at that level of muscle and tone WITHOUT getting bigger is more impressive than if he HAD gotten bigger. For those of us who prefer lean but built builds, this is a much more attractive and aesthetic size to sit at. :)

@SuperSelenio Thanks man! I am really happy your finding the info helpful! you dont need a gym. Its easier to work out in a gym, but its no unnecessary if you know what your doing. I will do a video on my current diet, but that might not mean any thing to you because our goals are not the same. I have a video already up on dieting to gain mass and one for dieting to loose fat... or just click the link in the description

I workout at home and have to work twice as hard to get the results i want . it kind of sucks,but i love working out its just a part of my life ,i have normal bench,curlbar,dumbbells ect its just every thing else im missing i need to get some cables .

it's not all about wight! form is more important role then just adding wight,you can lift wight all day and not get big if you don't know wtf you are doing. Once you get your form down and learn how to flex and isolate your muscle then add the wight and start off kinda light for more reps and work your way up.
