Nope. I admit, it's not a glitch. My brother and I have both lured giants into enemy camps and watched them send opponents flying. It kinda sucks because sometimes you don't recover all the bodies and with it, your loot.

I'm wearing full shrouded (Dark Brotherhood) armor and I giants can actually barely hurt me. It's not the best armor in the game, but it works. The best armor (I have it) is Daedric Armor, by the way.
