This movie isn't about competitive professional bodybuilding (where steriods often are used), but a 51 year old man finding a way to improve his quality of life and health, through physical training, and I don't see any reasons to suspect that he's using steroids. Are you just as hateful (jealous?) of women finding ways to artificially improve their looks as well, either through the use of drugs or synthetics (implants)?

@MLMKevin Sebastian won the overall in the provincial competition. In the national contest he came in 9th. Most of the bigger guys came out ahead of him, as the judges have been trending toward giving more points for size over aesthetic shape.

Notice on some of those bodybuilders the distended gut, that's a clear sign of steroid use. They don't look right at all, where Sebastian looked incredible and note his gut was not at all distended!

Both guys are all natural. Sebastian was been tested for steroids by the Canadian Olympic drug testing organization for the 1998 World Qualifiers. There was also a lie detector test done on him after the filming of Facing Goliath, which was done to prove he'd been steroid free during filming in 2001.
