Meh, DJ Shadow was really good at the beginning of his set, but the rapper/MC/Whatever guy he had on stage at the end was more annoying than humanly possible and didn't suit the show well at all with his desperate crowd participation pleas. It was like having Vanilla Ice open for Radiohead or something.

And Massive Attack ruled, but you'd have to be into people actually performing on actual instruments to like them so I can see how some DJ Shadow fans would have been offended.

I sold my tickets to this show, but since then I saw Shad at Amoeba, got a signed copy of The Outsaider, and bought tickets to Sonic Youth. Not a bad deal.

I was at this show and it sucked so much. This woman was perhaps the best part of the show but reallyy these guys are totally worth missing. DJ Shadow opened and he was really the best. Shadow should of been the headliner - IMHO
