This is fun but it pales in comparison to reading its inspiration, "The Gashleycrumb Tinies" by Edward Gorey... to enjoy the macabre ghastliness of the deaths, the rhythm of the verse, the dark and twisted comedy, the illustrations. Simply wonderful. But this tune is fun in its way, like for a Halloween party mix-tape/mp3.

hahaha i have this friend who is completely into this band and things like them and we used to ug her about it and then one day she sowed me this song and i fell in love with it, i would make her play it all the time and then when we had computer class i listened to it over and over!! it is an amazing song!

It's a "Gorey" Demise, actually, in reference to Edward Gorey, who wrote The Gashlycrumb (sp?) Tinies. It's an alphabetical journey through the deaths of various children (B is for Basil, eaten by bears). I'm guessing these lyrics are a take-off on that.
