How can Chris Smith talk about "Bias" when his own Councillors [Warren Riches] in particular has stated in the Colac Herald that he wishes any "New' councillors that are voted in in November "continue" with the joint-Use library? Chris Smith continually contradicts himself in this video! He himself is totally Biased in regard to the Joint -Use Library in Colac having totally Ignored more than 3000 plus written petitions from the Colac community who are against the closure of the Public Library!
