Dude, this is just fail. I'm a good friend of Matt's, and this just looks like normal game play to me. The angle at which the car was positioned, it was obvious that you were going to get out on that side. Also; notice that his FIRST and 4th shots missed when he was shooting at you from the car. If he was actually hacking, first shot would have been on. GZ you got owned.

This isn't really proof in itself, as the left side of the car actually looked as though it didn't have quite enough room to get out on. That, and you can see the character slide across the seats to get out. That being said, I've caught him snapping on numerous occasions.

I actually join the district that he's in whenever I can because I enjoy fighting him. My playstyle allows me to get the first couple shots on him more often than not and it's usually a good fight.

@greyhunter13 Visibly, it shows a lot if you look closely, and in the terms of not displaying hard proof, it's hard to do that in a mission where you are also trying to do the objective and getting shot by his team-mates. Think about how hard it is to get visible proof usually, most hackers aren't blatant.
