I remeber Whitney Graves and Whitney Gill. My sister was friends with them as well. I lived in the same neighborhood that this tragedy occurred. The boy responsible for this was in my 5th grade class when this happened. I agree that gun safety needs to be taught throughout a child's education. Many parents have guns in their home and all they tell you is "don't touch it". Just like a parent saying "don't have sex". Its going to happen. We need to educate our children on the realities of life.
