I think you are on to something with the use of more air, but there are problems. I tried using more air in my belt loops instead of a big heavy belt, and my pants fell off

I tried using half the amount of t-shirt that i carry as my EDC, but I started getting weird looks, and my stomach was completely exposed, so that just wasn't going to work. ZT has to keep the same exact design, but use half as much materials, plain and simple.
