I figured it out, the video was still processing so the quality was really bad. The HD sign popped up a few minutes after it was done processing and the quality came out pretty damn good I think. Thanks so much for the video!

WOW, how long does that take you to upload, it usually takes me an hour for 100mb, The reason I keep my bit rate low is because it's YouTube, also when I upload, my whole internet stops sort off, I might start increasing my bit rate to 8,000kbs like you said, I use to use 8,000kbs but I have got lazy and lowered it :)

I always set keyframes to 30, no problems, the reason I set fast encoding is because it's a lot better to have faster encoding on 3,000kbs than multipass on 3,000kbs, I didn't use 300kbs, I used 3,000kbs, the reason I used that is because it creates very big file sizes if you don't restrict it to that and is not noticeable on YouTube, a lot of other people go as low as 2,000 kbs and looks fine, if you want the best and don't care about upload times and disk space, just make everything very high!
