i love the Palm Pre. The only reason I' haven't bought one is because I don't like the build quality. It's built like a toy IMO.

I love my iPhone 4 becuase it's built like a tank. However, if Palm can step it up and improve the build quality then I'd take a Pre in a heartbeat. I love the OS on the Pre. I loved Sprint for the 5yrs I was on it and would love and excuse to go back to them.

Yes i do I have a Jail Broken iphone With copy and paste- Clippy app Browser Flash- Mobile cinema app Keyboard- I can use any keyboard i want with winterboard, right now im using the Black Berry Storm keyboard Multitasking- Backgrounder app Bluetooth- Bluetooth app Good Camera- Clear Vision Mod Video Camera- Cycorder app And Itunes is fine for song transfers, plus genius playlists are great. You can download applications that make the camera better, and make pictures clearer. Its not the best camera, but i hardly ever use it so i could care less.

The hardware in the iphone camera is not that bad but the software that is used to run it is horrible. To get higher quality pictures you can download apps that use better software to run the camera. Who the hell would waste their time doctoring camera pictures with photoshop. Please before you make a comment trying to sound smart, think about what you are saying. I didn't say anything about Photoshop or Image editing, where are you getting that from?

Many ppl make their decisions about cameras based on the megapixels, but that only increases the size of the photo, and not really the quality.

Palm's software does indeed improve picture quality; the fixed focal length is improved by the software automatically adjusting far more settings that other compact lenses.

The pixels determine the definition of an image with a higher or lower resolution. The actual reason that some equal MPixel cameras look different is the compression rate, again determined by the software/chipset.

It is open source, the SDK is Mojo, look up 'predevcamp'. Why would you need windows to install apps on it? That's the point of webOS, everything can be installed wirelessly over the air. It has an app store as well, it is called "App Catalogue."
