Good video, i have been thinking about "smart growth communities" myself.

I live in europe where most of its lifetime has been Capitalist.(until the world wars)

I have also engineered systems that are highly energy efficient, and re-uses all the wastes we produce.

A combination of communities and internet communication, we can build the human race into a new era, an era forward into the future.
