in certain places you point out the names of the chords and in most others you don't. Why? Also the chord barred on the 4th fret is wrong. It is not a C#9 it is a C# minor, so the second (mid) finger is used to depress the Eb (b string 4th fret). Please show how to do it correctly. It helps everyone.
